Nowadays everyone uses Microsoft Documents, Excel, Powerpoint for office use, or college use with help of Application but Today I’m sharing with you Free Google document creation without any Application from anywhere. And how to use the document then hot to create, modify, save the documents finally sharing the documents with our colleagues or friends.


1.Creation A Google Documents



Using the Gmail id here we can use google documents with the internet. On the top side, we can see more options like file, edit, view, Insert, and tools. In tools, opting have spelling and grammar checking options and Word counting options.  The way of creating a new document file is after opening the google document official website we have to click the File option on the top left side. Here we also can create spreadsheets, presentations, and Google Forms for office use or educational purposes.


Step 1: Open Google document official website

Step 2:  Creating a new Document file following the steps.
File  =>  New  =>  Document

Step 3: By following step 2 we can Create also Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation file.

2. Editing And Saving Documents


In the editing section, we can edit the document file as per our needs with the changing fonts and increasing or decreasing the font size. If we made any mistakes we can easily rectify that mistake using redo undo options. In this section, the saving option is words automatically if we make changes to the document file it saves the changes automatically so we don't want to save separately. The main font size is between 12 and 14. The Fonts are mainly using in Google document is,

  1. Arial
  2. Georgia
  3. Roboto
  4. Roboto Mono
  5. Spectral
  6. Times New Roman
  7. Verdana

Some Main shortcut keys using in Google Documents,

Undo = Ctrl+Z 
Redo = Ctrl+Y
Open File = Ctrl+O
Select All = Ctrl+A
Copy = Ctrl + C
Paste = Ctrl+V
Spelling and Grammar check = Ctrl+ Alt+X
Word count = Ctrl+Shift+C
Voice Typing = Ctrl+Shift+S

3. Sharing The Documents


After creating a Document file, Google Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Google Forms we can share the files with our friends whether they can view, edit on them. If they make any changes in these files it is automatically saved and Also check the correction by sharing the documents.
