Due to exam pressure, Students face a lack of confidence in questions such as "what to do?" and "How to do it?" disturb their mind Because of tension and stress students do not understand how to start and more than half of their time is wasted.
START BY THE SHORT LESSONS
If you start your study with long and difficult lessons then it may happen that your mood gets off after some time. by thinking that you wasted a lot of time without finishing anything. So that starts with easy and small lessons. The benefit of these will help you to convince yourself that in a short period. You have made good progress.
If you are studying mathematics and you are not able to solve any problem then don’t get frustrated So keep trying even if your answer is wrong. This practice and mistakes will help you to reach your target.
ISOLATE YOURSELF
Find a calm and relaxed place to study where you can stay away from your laptop and mobile. Most of the time it happens that if your mobile is in front of you while studying then your concentration is more on mobile than your books.

DON’T STUDY WITH FRIENDS
This point may shock some people because most of the students prefer group study. It's exciting to study with friends but it can happen that you may waste your time in other activities with your friend without completing anything in the end.
Some friends are good to study but you shouldn't take the risk. It is possible that you guys may get stuck in some arguments and your more time will be wasted. Try to avoid fights and arguments during exam time in order to focus on your studies
SKIM THROUGH THE PAPER FIRST
You have to make some extra time before studying any subject. We should go through the previous year’s question paper on that subject. You will get a brief idea about that subject that will put you in a better mood to study.
If you are not getting any concept then don’t put more stress on it and for the timing skip that topic our first aim should be to have a good mood and finished study on time
TAKE A FIVE MINUTE BREAK EVERY HOUR
The continuous study can make you and your brain tired so it is important to take a five-minute break every hour. This small break will keep you away from mental exhaustion. Watch TV for some time or listen to music or just take a small walk.
This will make you feel refreshed But avoid using your mobile phone in this 5minute break otherwise Whatsapp and Facebook will extend your break up to 1hour so avoid mobile phones during the break.
DON’T START FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EXAM
Most of the students start studying big topics just a few days before the exam and this is a very big mistake. Studying all the topics at the same time may divert your concentration that leads to increase your tension and stress level. In the end, time is gone and you are not able to complete a single topic properly. So try to concentrate on a single topic at a time.
Before studying you have all study material Most of the time during exam days you are unable to get all study material that leads you in tension and your mood gets off So be sure that you have all material before you start studying. If we are already prepared for our exams then we can easily write our exams.
